Pitch for tent, caravan and camping car 90 to 110m²

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.    TOURISM TAX
The tourism tax is fixed by the municipality and is not included in the rental/emplacements 

2.    BARE PITCH RESERVATIONS
Your reservation will only be effective after receipt of the rental contract accompanied by payment as a deposit. Your reservation will be confirmed to you by email or post, depending on avalable places.

a) Reservation possible for all stay equal to 3 days or more
b) Price settlement : 25 % at reservation. The balance must be sorted on your arrival day.
C) No price reduction will be concidered in the event of a late arrival
D) Arrival/Departure : The Pitch will be avalable from 15h on the day of your arranged arrival in low season and from 14h on your arranged arrival day the rest of the year. If you will be arriving late, please inform us otherwise the pitch will be re rented out under the same conditions the next day. Yourdeparture MUST be done before 12h.
E) One pitch can welcome a maximum of 6 people (a baby is concidered 1 personne).

3.   V.A.T.
Our prices include TVA. The TVA applicable on our prices is 10% subject to regulatory changes. The contract price is subject to changes, in the legal and reglamentory limits, if applicable VAT rates varie, between the date of reservation and deposit date.

4.    DOMESTIC ANIMALS 
With the exceptions of category I and II dogs, and new demesticated animals, pets are allowed, conditioned that you declared the pet during your reservation, and that they do not harm the tranquility of the area and the safety of our guests, and the basic rules of hygiene and the integrity of the installations must be respected.
2 animals are accepted per pitch.
The animal must always be on a lead in the camp site. His vaccination booklet must be presented on arrival and up to date. Pets are not allowed in public buildings on the campsite, the pool or the  playground. Pets must also do their business outside of the campsite.

5   POOL
On general terms speedos, swimming pants are not allowed accept with reasonnable justification
Any failure to comply with the rules related to the pool will result in an expulsion

6.   TRAFFIC, NOISE

Speed is limited to 10km/h. Vehicles must be stationed on your plots. Traffic is prohibited from 23h to 8h in high season and from 22h30 to 8h in low season. Noise, conditionned that it is reasonnable, is tolorated till 23h in high season and 22h30 in low season

7   SECURITY
Fires and barbecues are formally prohibited on the pitches. Barbecues are at your desposition on landscaped areas (grids not provided, cleaning at your expense).
The stoves must be maintained in good state and must not be used in dangerous conditions.
In the case of a fire, immediately inform management. Fire extinguishers are avalable if necessary.
A first aid kit is available at the front desk.

8. RESPONSIBILITY
The responsibility of the campsite beyond its legal responsibility, is not responsible in the event of :
a) Theft, loss, or damage of any kind whatsoever, during or following a stay.
b) Breakdown or decommissioning of technical equipment, breakdowns or closures of installations.
c) Dammage suffured or caused by the vehicles of residents parked or driving in the camping.

9. INTERNAL REGULATIONS
Residents are required to comply with the internal regulations wich are avalable at the reception desk.

It is forbidden to smoke in rentals and facilities open to the public
THE PLAYGROUNDS AND SWIMMING POOLS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENTS
